Don’t know the artists on the lineup? That's the point. #UPNEXTFEST is a micro music festival at Cambridge’s Middle East showcasing four artists, handpicked for their promise of breaking through to the mainstream music industry. On the lineup is this year’s Boston Music Awards Singer-Songwriter of the Year nominee Maeko and New Artist of the Year nominee STEFAN THEV, as well as New York talent Sectiontoo and Retrograded. These artists will be presented at #UPNEXTFEST in digestible, 30 minute sets for straightforward discovery.
#UPNEXTFEST is being hosted by Big Night Enertainment’s Music You’re Missing Podcast, which has been featured on Apple Podcasts’ New and Noteworthy collection and has amassed millions of likes on social media. The event will kick-off with a VIP Experience including an in-depth Q&A session with all of the artists, hosted by Brendan Jeannetti, host of Music You’re Missing.
